Google Tours | FAQ

How does it work and what are the benefits to my business?
Your Google Street View virtual tour will be made up of a number of DSLR quality 360 degree panoramic photos of your business storefront and interior and will provide potential customers with a better sense of the layout, decor and viability of your business. Seeing is believing – click here to explore our virtual tours.

Once published, when someone searches  for your business via Google (which comprises 93.65% of all Australian Searches), they will see images linked to your virtual tour directly on the results page. In addition to Google Search, tours are published to Google Maps and Maps Mobile at no extra cost.

You can get the most out of your tour by embedding an enhanced version on your website or by sending potential customers links to a specific location within the business, in order to show a specific product or display.

How do I prepare my business for the photo shoot?
In preparation for our visit please turn on all of your lights and present the area as you would like it to be seen for the best result possible. The aim of the tour is to show customers what they would expect to see if they visited your business on a normal day.

We try to keep our prices at the most affordable in the market by removing the need to follow up on payments. Your photographer will ask you settle the account before leaving the premises. We accept cash, cheque, bank transfer, debit and credit cards.

Will my business be disrupted?
We carry out all our photoshoots with minimum impact to the business. It is up to you whether or not your business is open or closed at the time of the shoot. Day or night, populated or not, we work with total consideration to your business’ needs.
